Incident # 401 – Dallas Ari – Past Due For Guidance

The police used to enforce what’s called the “broken window policy,” meaning that letting small infractions go can lead to bigger issues down the road. So it is with residents. When we found this moron eating in a bedroom, it was time to remind him of the rules, and give him some guidance. What ensued was a spit-roasting like he had never seen.
